CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT INTERN - PART TIME
GeoSmartPro Ltd. is a London-based startup manufacturing smart home products, like their latest product, the AirGo Smart Fan. All products can be controlled via the GeoSmartPro App, allowing you to connect to your home seamlessly.
We are currently a small team with over 15 years’ experience specialising in Retail, Sales, Marketing and Finance who are looking for a Customer Engagement Intern to join our great team! If you are looking for a company that will enable you to be hands on in a fast moving and brand new environment, as well as having a lot of fun, this may be the place for you.
Customer Service: You would be the first point of contact for incoming customer service call or online queries through our in-app messaging service, email and social media. You will be responsible for replying to queries and then organising and analysing this data to share/escalate as appropriate with different members of the team.
Customer Focus: We are a customer-lead business and we conduct regular user testing with our customers. You will be responsible for contacting customers by phone/email to organise app usability sessions, customer product feedback sessions, PR exercises etc as required by different departments.
Market Research: Use a range of sources to collate a preliminary events feed for our main cities as well as product research for continuous product development.
Marketing: Assist the CMO to create engaging copy for blog content and email campaigns. Take on ad hoc marketing responsibilities as requested to provide our users with regular and useful information.
Marketing: Analyse ongoing campaign spend against budget and use this information to keep the business informed of how we are performing.
A degree or equivalent, looking for experience in a fast-paced startup environment
An interest in digital technology and retail
Keen eye for detail and thinking outside the box
